Air-slide transport

The extraction of powdered product from silos or hoppers is carried out by injecting low-pressure compressed air into the cone, which, when mixed with the product, causes it to behave like a fluid. The air-slide conveyor transports the product over an air bed from the silo outlet to the inlet of a small guiding hopper that discharges into another hopper. The injected air is extracted through a small bag filter for deaeration.
