New completed project. Commissioning of a new mineral drying installation.

Design, manufacturing, and installation of all components:

A feldspar drying installation is an industrial facility designed to dry feldspar extracted in its wet state. Drying feldspar is important because wet material is difficult to handle and can cause problems in subsequent industrial processes. Therefore, a feldspar drying installation is essential to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

To commission a mineral drying installation, several pieces of equipment are required:

The combustion chamber is one of them, responsible for burning the fuel needed to produce the heat required to dry the feldspar.

The rotary dryer is another key component in a feldspar drying installation. It is a rotating cylinder where the wet mineral is introduced and exposed to the heat generated by the combustion chamber to evaporate the moisture from the feldspar. As the cylinder rotates, the feldspar moves through the dryer and gradually dries.

The cyclone is another essential component in a feldspar drying installation. It is used to separate dust and fine particles from the air generated during the mineral drying process. The cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate the dust and fine particles from the air and channel them into a storage container.

Bag filters are also important in a feldspar drying installation, as they capture any fine particles that may escape from the cyclone. These bag filters are filtration systems that use fabric bags to trap dust and other fine particles.

Finally, screw conveyors are used to transport the dried feldspar throughout the drying installation. These conveying systems are essential for moving the dried feldspar to the next stage of the industrial process.
