Dryers

Rotary dryer for different types of sand. The installation consists of the following elements:

• Combustion chamber
• Rotary dryer
• Material collection chamber
• Cyclones
• Bag filter

The operation of the system consists of creating a flow of hot air inside the trommel to evaporate the water and dry the material.

The maximum moisture content of the incoming material is 8–10%.

• Fully constructed from assembled steel plate.
• Entry spirals to assist material flow.
• Rolling track made from special material.
• Transmission via gear and pinion.

Combustion Chamber

• Combustion chamber for GAS burners; this type of chamber can be directly connected to the rotary trommel.
• The flame enters directly into the trommel; being a clean flame, it does not damage the drying material.
• The chamber is built from carbon steel and lined inside with refractory bricks.
• The feed duct is made of AISI 310 steel, lined with high-temperature Ceraboard plates.
